1. Oral examination venue: Room A404, Engineering Building 5, National Central University (please refer to the National Central University website).
2. Oral examination date: March 14, 2025 (Friday) (ROC Year 114)
3. Oral examination time: Please follow your individual oral examination schedule and arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.
4. Check-in and oral examination:
   1. Check-in: Applicants must bring this notice and check in on time at Room A404, Engineering Building 5, within the designated time. Late arrivals will be placed at the end of the schedule.
   2. Oral examination: There is no specific scope for the oral examination. Each group consists of 5 applicants, and each group’s oral examination will take approximately 15–20 minutes.
   3. Written materials: Please first download the 114學年度自傳表 and 114學年度簡介表 from the Institute website, limited to one copy of each. After completing the forms, attach (3) transcripts for all years of study and (4) class ranking list, for a total of four sheets. Please scan them into a PDF file and send it to ncu35400@ncu.edu.tw. The email subject line should indicate: 114學年碩士生口試資料/准考證號/姓名. Please ensure the email is received by March 12. If you have any other written materials favorable for review, please submit them to the check-in staff on the day of the oral examination.

6. Applicants driving to campus for the oral examination will enter the campus through license plate recognition. When leaving campus, please present this oral examination notice and use the staffed toll lane to have the parking fee waived.
7. Since 2015, motorcycles have not been allowed to enter campus. Applicants riding motorcycles should park in the parking lots around the campus perimeter and enter the campus on foot.
