Academic Year 114 Master's Oral Examination Information

  1. Oral examination venue: Room A404, Engineering Building 5, National Central University (please check the National Central University website for details)
  2. Oral examination date: March 14, 114 (Friday)
  3. Oral examination time: According to each applicant’s assigned oral examination time. Please arrive 20 minutes before your oral examination time to complete check-in.
  4. Check-in and oral examination:
    1. Check-in: Applicants must bring this notification and check in on time at Room A404, Engineering Building 5, within the designated time. Late arrivals will be moved to the end of the order.
    2. Oral examination: There is no specified scope for the oral examination. Each group will consist of 5 applicants, and each group’s oral examination will last approximately 15–20 minutes.
    3. Written materials: Please first download the Academic Year 114 Autobiography Form and the Academic Year 114 Introduction Form from the Institute website, limited to one copy each. After completing them, attach your transcripts for all years of study and class ranking form, for a total of four pages. Scan them into a PDF file and send it to ncu35400@ncu.edu.tw. Please indicate “Academic Year 114 Master’s Oral Examination Materials/Admission Ticket Number/Name” in the subject line. The materials must be received by March 12. (If you have any other written materials beneficial for review, please submit them to the check-in staff on the day of the oral examination.)

  6. Applicants driving to the oral examination may enter the campus via license plate recognition. When leaving the campus, present this oral examination notification and use the staffed toll lane to have the parking fee waived.
  7. Since 2015, motorcycles have not been permitted to enter the campus. Applicants riding motorcycles should park in the parking lots around the school and enter the campus on foot.
