3. Oral Interview Time: According to each applicant’s assigned interview time. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled interview time to complete check-in.

4. Check-in and Oral Interview:

1. Check-in: Applicants must bring this notice and check in at Room A404, Engineering Building 5, at the designated time. Late arrivals will be placed at the end of the schedule.
2. Oral Interview: There is no specific scope for the oral interview. Each group will consist of 6–7 applicants, and each group interview will take approximately 20–30 minutes.
3. Written Materials:
   Please first download the following from the Institute website:

   Limited to one page each. After completing the forms, please attach:
   ③ Official transcript for all years of study
   ④ Class ranking form
   A total of four pages. Please scan them into a PDF file and email it to ncu35400@ncu.edu.tw. Please indicate the subject line as: 115學年碩士生口試資料/准考證號/姓名, and ensure that it is received by March 11.
   If you have any other written materials that may support the review, please submit them to the check-in staff on the day of the oral interview.

6. Parking Information: Those driving onto campus will enter through license plate recognition. When leaving campus, please use the manual toll lane and present this oral interview notice to have the parking fee waived.

7. Regulations for Motorcycles Entering Campus: Since Academic Year 104, motorcycles have not been permitted to enter campus. Applicants arriving by motorcycle should park in an off-campus parking lot and walk onto campus.
